- BaseBlock finally added propagatesSkylightDown, we should be able to remove our own stopsSkylight?
- ChunkRegionLoader is now SerializableChunkData record. No longer static helper.
- ThreadedMailbox replaced with PriorityConsecutiveExecutor
- "Either" impl fortunately removed again
- ChunkSection/DataPalette finally gets good copy impl, no longer holding ref to old data
