- Bug: Denying a world-perm will not instantly work if a GLOBAL perm is allowed
- /Difficulty is fucked
- Remove access to command /difficulty
- Make sure world difficutlty is set on reboot/config reload
- Make sure changing /worldsetting difficulty changes the world setting at runtime
- Bug: Elytra fly is normal if fuel is at 0% out speed limit does not get triggered
