Update spring security configuration to support PlayerId,ServerId impl
- Merge Chunkli & Server SecurityConfiguration setup
- Fully ditch SPRING_SESSION impl

Implement NamedUid as parent interface for PlayerId and ServerId
- using V4 for PID as MC does that already
- using V5 for ServerIds, using the servername as input
